Processing time:

The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies between 5 to 7 working days.

Estimated delivery times

Canada: 5-6 business days.

United Kingdom: 10-15 business days.

United States Minor Outlying Islands: 2-4 business days.

Europe: 1-2 weeks

Australia and  New Zealand and Oceania: 1-3 weeks

I'll do my best to meet these dispatch estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the delivery method you choose.

Customs and import taxes:

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. The circus of Lost dolls is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns & exchanges

I gladly accept returns and exchanges , if the item is not like in the picture. I always take care to wrap items well before shipping, I always use high quality boxes and packaging.
