PAYMENT AGREEMENT

 

I accept payments through Paypal.

I accept money ordes.

 

• I do offer Layaway Payments in a pieces over 250$

* I do NOT hold dolls without receiving deposit. (Even if you are a returning  customer).

* I do NOT  start commissions, without having received the deposit, which varies according to the value of the doll.

• Layaway Agreements: 

Please note if you decide to Layaway Art you are in essence taking it off the market and I am unable to sell it. Be sure this is what you want before proceeding. Your Layaway is a commitment to buy, there are No cancellations and there are no Refunds. 

 I kindly request that payments be made on time each month, paying on time is also a matter of respect;  if for any reasons, you know you will miss a payment, please contact me in advance.

If you starting a Layaway payment and for some reasons you stop the payment, and you will not respond at my emails, the layaway payment agreement will be invalidated and the accrued balance will not be refunded. The doll it will then go back on the market.

*Layaway can be extended from 2 to 7 months maximun, depends on the value of the item: feel free to contact me for futher details through my contact form.

IMPORTANT:

Layaways can NOT be traded for another doll or can not be transfered to another doll.

Before receving the first invoice, I will  email to you a copy of "my/our" Agreements which you will need to "sign" by type your Name and surname, email adress and " Yes I Agreed" and retuned to The Circus of lost Dolls.

 Returns & exchanges

I gladly accept returns and exchanges , if the item is not like in the picture. I always take care to wrap items well before shipping, I always use high quality boxes and packaging. 

*I m NOT resposible in case of damages create by the  POST OFFICE  or CARRIER or CUSTOMS. Please let me know if want to pay extra for the transpot insurance, i will send you a invoice in case you decide to go for it.

* I DO SHIP ONLY TO PAYPAL CONFIRMED ADRESSES.

* I DO SHIP WORLDWIDE

* I m NOT responsible for CUSTOM FEES

* In Case of retuned items, they must be back to me in within 14 working days

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
